Dear citizens
Today we have come to a mutual agreement with representatives from Avélie regarding their whiskey knockoff.
What happened?
Avélie has been trying to enter the whiskey market with a subpar product. Whiskey is a national product of Nomen and we take lots of pride in it. When we see others enter the whiskey market, we are very attentive to their product. We decided to take action against their liquor, produced by Santé, and we’ve both come to an agreement: Santé’s product will no longer feature the wording “whiskey” or any of its spelling variations.
Why did we do this?
We share this news to let our citizens know whenever they see a bottle of liquor with “whiskey” written on it, they can expect a certain quality of Nomen standards. As a country that’s proud of their real peated whiskey, we will fight against every company that tries to sell their liquor that can’t match the quality of ours as “whiskey”.
